 3) Purpose of this job

Strategy & NPP Specialist is responsible for the support in the companywide strategic planning and future product portfolio management

4) 주요 업무내용: 

1. Strategic planning

- Support to develop companywide strategic plans and pre-launch plans for new portfolios

- Support to manage country dashboard (KPI), top management reports and governance meetings

- Support to manage companywide strategic intents to accomplish GBU growth aspiration

2. Market intelligence and business case development for the new market & product

- Analyze and interprets new market opportunity from the relevant sources such as primary, secondary data, desk research and customer intelligence

- Develops patients’ flow, decision making process and forecasting models to develop business case

- Conduct relevant market research for the new product pre-launch planning

5) 지원 자격: 

- Bachelor degree or above with majors in management, statistics, science and pharmacy

- Market analytics in business research, planning and consulting experience preferred

- Internship experience in MNC pharmaceuticals or consulting companies preferred

- Ability and eagerness in strategic and logical thinking

- High level of analytics using excel or data management programs

- Professional level of presentation development skills relevant to top management reports

- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
